The steps
From basket to doorstep
Two ways to get your Kabilo basket: on credit if you live in The Gambia, or paid now from anywhere.
Shop now and repay from your salary at month-end, or pay now and save 5%.

Fill your basket
Pick food and toiletries, or start from a ready-made bundle. Adjust quantities any time.

Apply for credit
From your basket, choose “Apply for credit” and confirm your details, ID, income and delivery address.

We review and approve
Our team reviews your application, usually within one working day, and lets you know the outcome.
- 04
Get it now, pay at month-end
We deliver on your chosen date and you repay from your salary on the last day of the month.
Send a basket to family back home. Pay now by card and save 5%, or apply for credit and pay at month-end.

Add their name, phone number and address anywhere in The Gambia, with a message if you like.

Pay now and save 5%
Pay securely by card from wherever you live. No account needed.

We deliver to their door
We call them to arrange delivery and email you when it arrives.
Who can apply
To keep the credit line fair and sustainable, applicants need to:
- Be 18 years or older
- Hold a valid national ID, passport, driver’s licence or voter ID
- Have a regular monthly income from work or business
- Have a reachable phone number and a delivery address we serve
Meeting these doesn’t guarantee approval. Each application is reviewed on its own.
Paying your balance
Clear terms, no surprises.
Due at month-end
Everything delivered in a month is due on the last day of that month.
Your credit limit
Each customer has a monthly limit. Your available credit is shown in your account.
How to pay
Payment methods are confirmed with you when your application is approved.
If you’re running late
Contact support before your due date and we’ll work through it with you.
