Kabilo Mart lets you receive food items now and pay for them at the end of the month on a credit line. By submitting an application you agree to these terms.

To apply you must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Hold a valid national ID, passport, driver’s licence or voter ID
• Have a regular monthly income from work or business
• Give accurate, up-to-date information

Credit is granted at our discretion after we review your application. Approval of one order doesn’t guarantee approval of the next.

Each customer has a monthly credit limit. You can see your available credit in your account.

Prices shown in the shop and basket are estimates until your order is approved. The approved total is the amount you owe.

If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll tell you before delivery and adjust your total.

We deliver to the address you give on the date you choose, or the nearest date we can. Someone must be available to receive the order.

The full balance for items delivered in a month is due on the last day of that month.

Accepted payment methods, and any fees, are confirmed with you when your application is approved.

If you can’t pay on time, contact us before your due date and we’ll work with you on a plan.

Missed payments may pause your credit line until the balance is settled.

You can change or cancel an order until it’s approved by contacting support. After approval, changes depend on whether the order has been prepared.

We use the information in your application to assess it, deliver your order and collect payment, as described in our privacy policy.

We may update these terms. We’ll tell you before changes take effect, and the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
